Postage is calculated automatically at the checkout on the shop. Only orders from the UK can be placed via the website, so please get in touch for international orders.
Processing Time
We try to post order as quickly as possible, but please allow a week for delivery for stock items. Items that are made to order clearly state that in the descriptions.
Smaller Items
We use Royal Mail 2nd class and postage rates depend on the size of the package. We try to keep postage as low as possible.
Baskets
Baskets and other bulky items are sent by Royal Mail 2nd class. As you can imagine postage costs can be quite high for these, and vary between £5.50 for smaller baskets to £9 for larger designs.
If ordering more than one basket, please get in touch beforehand to confirm postage costs as we may not be able to fit both in the same box!
Trees and Cuttings
Trees and willow cuttings will be posted in cardboard boxes, but they will be wrapped in waterproof (reused) bags. They are sent 2nd class unless otherwise requested. Postage varies according to how much you order.
Combining Postage
Postage is combined for all items, except baskets, so you’ll only pay one postage price.
Unfortunately, given our location, we don’t have access to cheaper couriers, but also we are very keen to support our tiny local Post Office, in a thatched stone building just next door. This is a vital community service and we like to support it as much as we can.
Collection from the Croft
You are more than welcome to come and visit and pickup your order from the croft. Please get in touch to arrange this. If you pay online then we will refund the postage cost.
